Jason Esparza

Jason Esparza serves as the Senior Corporate Counsel for Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure since December 2021, previously holding positions such as Corporate Counsel at Title365 and AVP Associate Counsel at Xome. With extensive experience in contract negotiation and compliance, Jason has worked with various legal agreements across multiple organizations, including Mr. Cooper, where responsibilities included vendor contract reviews and providing legal insight to IT business leaders. A former Contracts Counsel at Xome, Jason contributed to M&A due diligence and enhanced contract approval processes. Education includes a JD from the University of Houston Law Center and an MBA in Finance from Texas Christian University.
