Josh Dinndorf

Josh Dinndorf is a Senior Software Engineer at Emergent Software. Josh has over six years of professional experience in the software industry.

Josh started their career as an IT Intern at Red Wing Shoe Co., where they created and executed test cases. Josh then became a Seasonal Park Maintenance Worker at Three Rivers Park District, where they were responsible for cleaning, mowing, lawn care, landscaping, carpentry and vehicle operation.

In October 2013, Josh began working as a Software Testing and Dev Lab at Winona State University. Josh then became a Software Engineer at C.H. Robinson in May 2015. In this role, they were responsible for developing software applications and working with clients to implement them. Josh also provided support for existing applications.

In June 2018, Josh left C.H. Robinson to join Avanade as a Senior Software Consultant. In this role, they worked with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and then translated them into technical specifications. Josh also designed, developed and tested software applications based on these specifications.

Josh has now been with Emergent Software for over a year. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the development of software applications, working with clients to implement them, and providing support for existing applications.

Their manager is Mark Bajema, CTO. They are on a team with Ryan Drost - Senior Software Engineer, Cory Maass - Principal Software Architect, and Nona Drake - Sitecore Architect.
