Jim Golder

Senior Principal Engineer at Emergent Space Technologies

Jim Golder has extensive work experience in the engineering field, with a focus on software development and analysis. Jim began their career at CSC in 1988 as a Programmer Analyst, where they worked until 1995. Jim then joined Raytheon as a Programmer Analyst and stayed with the company for eight years. In 2003, they moved to Hexagon US Federal as a Principle Engineer and worked there until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Principal Engineer at Emergent Space Technologies, Inc., a position they have held since 2020.

Jim Golder earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Astrophysics from the University of Virginia from 1984 to 1988. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Physics at The Johns Hopkins University from 1993 to 1998.
