Sevi Hodjeva

Sevi Hodjeva has a range of work experience in the aerospace engineering field. Sevi is currently a Senior Principal Aerospace Engineer at Emergent Space Technologies, Inc. since April 2020. Prior to that, from December 2018 to April 2020, they were a Co-Founder of Qichins, Inc and also worked on the next opportunity in the same company from November 2018. From June 2016 to November 2018, they worked as a Payload Specialist at Telesat. Before that, they worked at SSL, first as a Senior Payload Engineer from June 2001 to June 2016, and earlier as a Senior R&D Engineer in the Power Electronics Group from 1997 to 2001 and as a Test Engineer in the Power and Controls Electronics from 1995 to 1997.

Sevi Hodjeva started their education in 1985 at the Technical University of Sofia, where they studied Electrical Engineering and Engineering Management. Sevi completed their undergraduate degree in 1989. In 1990, they enrolled at Istanbul Technical University and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Technology, which they completed in 1993. Following their undergraduate studies, Sevi Hodjeva attended Santa Clara University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Communications Systems Engineering, Management, and Marketing.
