Alex Rodriguez

Alex Rodriguez is a Senior Data Engineer at EMERGICON since June 2023, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining data pipelines and implementing machine learning models to enhance billing accuracy for ambulance services. Previously, Alex worked as a Software Engineer at GeneDx from April 2021 to April 2023, focusing on bioinformatics pipelines and ensuring timely software deliverables. Alex also served as a Postbac Fellow in Software Engineering at the National Human Genome Research Institute from July 2019 to April 2021, developing data workflows for genetic information. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from The Johns Hopkins University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence at The University of Texas at Austin, expected to be completed in May 2026.
