Hayden Duncan possesses extensive experience in operations and management within the substance misuse and public health sectors. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Managing Director at Emerging Futures CIC since May 2016, Hayden is dedicated to innovative recovery practices. Previous roles include Drug and Alcohol Lead for Public Health England, where strategic leadership was provided to local health authorities, and Chief Executive at Inward House Projects, overseeing critical operational changes and financial recovery.
