The leadership team at Emerging Global Services (EGS) has a wealth of experience in the IT and call center industries. The team includes the founder and CEO of EGS, as well as the COO/VP of Operations for the company's Mexico subsidiary. Other members of the team have experience working in operations for various companies, including Call Center Services International, KM2 Solutions, and ChargePoint. The team also includes a Director of Engineering Operations and a NOC Team Lead. In addition to their experience in the IT and call center industries, members of the leadership team also have degrees in business, economics, computer science, and marketing.
