Ana R. is an experienced finance and operations professional with a strong background in venture capital, accounting, and product development. Currently serving as a Fellow in the Community Workgroup at Emerging Venture Capital Fellows since July 2022 and a member of Global Women in VC, Ana has also held roles such as Operations Manager at Astella and Finance Operations Manager at Iporanga Ventures, where responsibilities included financial management and investor reporting. Ana holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, completed a Técnico in Business Administration, and studied Venture Capital at the University of California, Berkeley.
