Itali Pedroni Collini

Itali Pedroni Collini is a Principal at Potencia Ventures, responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential investments in start-ups and venture capital firms, conducting due diligence, and enhancing Potencia's presence in Latin America. Additionally, Itali serves as Líder do GT de D&I e ESG and Fellow at Emerging Venture Capital Fellows, mentoring non-partner VCs. In the role of Mentora at Associação Brasileira de Startups, Itali contributes to programs supporting entrepreneurship. As an Angel Investor with multiple organizations, including bounties4, Kultua, and Mulheres no Comando, Itali focuses on startup analysis and investor education. Itali holds an MBA in Private Equity and Venture Capital from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and has executive education in Venture Deals from the University of California, Berkeley, complemented by a Bachelor's in Economics from USP.
