Emerging Venture Capital Fellows
Lucas de Souza Vieira currently serves as an Analista de novos negócios at Dattos since July 2024. Simultaneously, Lucas is engaged with Emerging Venture Capital Fellows as a Community Manager Officer and Fellow, contributing to the cultivation of future leaders in the Venture Capital space. Lucas has previously held key roles in various organizations, including overseeing Venture Capital & Portfolio Management at 49 educação, where responsibilities included establishing an advisory club and initiating a new investment vehicle. At ACE Ventures, Lucas played a pivotal role in launching a new business unit and successfully led fundraising efforts that secured R$11MM for portfolio startups. Earlier experiences include serving as an IT Analyst at Orion Parque Tecnológico, where Lucas managed infrastructure and developed various systems, and as a Web Developer at ATPlus Telecom, focusing on front-end development. Lucas is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems at Universidade do Planalto Catarinense, expected to be completed in December 2024.
