Aleksandrs Mihailenko

Aleksandrs Mihailenko has a solid work history spanning over two decades. Aleksandrs began their career in 1998 as an Accountant at Laimdota SIA and worked there until 2003. Aleksandrs then joined SolCraft, where they held the positions of FireBird Database developer, Project Manager, and Consultant from 2003 to 2010. In 2011, they joined Elva Baltic as a Project Manager and later became the Head of CRM Department until 2018. Aleksandrs is currently working as a Lead Business Analyst at Emergn, a position they have held since April 2018.

Aleksandrs Mihailenko pursued their education in Business Administration and Management. Aleksandrs completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Baltic International Academy in 2001. Following this, they went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Latvijas Universitate in 2004. Additionally, they acquired several certifications in Microsoft technologies and project management between 2013 and 2014.
