Edvins Grava

Edvins Grava has over 14 years of work experience in various roles in the business analysis and intelligence field. Edvins is currently employed at Emergn as a Lead Business Analyst, where they analyze and validates business and technical needs in a Latvian speaking environment. Prior to that, they worked at Visma Latvia as a Business Intelligence Consultant, Tele2 Shared Service Center as a Data Migration ETL Developer, Idea Port Riga AS as a System Analyst, and Accenture as a Senior Programmer. In these roles, they gained experience in gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing and designing products, and managing technical teams.

Edvins Grava completed their Master's degree at Latvijas Universitate from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Commerce from RISEBA University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Edvins Grava earned the VFQ Foundations certification from Emergn in 2021.
