Renée L. is a seasoned brand strategist and creative director with a diverse background in marketing and brand development. Currently serving as Principal at Emergo Consulting & Creative since March 2022, Renée has held significant positions at various organizations, including Associate Creative Director for Brand Editorial & Copy at Orvis from January 2024 to June 2025, and Co-Founder & Executive Director at One Circle at Sea, which connects traveling sailors with local community programs. Prior experience includes roles at Under Armour, where Renée was Creative Director and Global Copy Director, and at GrayMatter Marketing as Managing Partner and Brand Strategist. Renée’s extensive experience in brand messaging and digital content is complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Writing/English from Loyola University Maryland and further studies at KU Leuven.
