Nicole Shepherd

Nicole Shepherd currently serves as a Senior Account Executive at Emergo by UL since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as a Strategic Partnerships Executive at Backbone from January 2018 to September 2024 and as a Lemonnade Brand Manager at Cookies from September 2018 to April 2020, where responsibilities included product launches, retail expansion, and cross-functional collaboration. Previously, Nicole held the position of Director of Commercial Sales at Green Door Hydroponics from September 2016 to November 2018, overseeing commercial sales growth and partnerships in agricultural technology. Starting the career as a Sales Account Manager at Southern Wine & Spirits from August 2006 to September 2016, Nicole managed a prominent portfolio and executed successful sales initiatives. Nicole holds a degree in Cultural Anthropology from UCLA.
