Julie Cazalet

Julie Cazalet is currently serving as Deputy General Counsel (Group) at Emeria since January 2022. Prior to this role, Julie held the position of Head of Corporate and Securities Law at SOITEC from September 2020 to October 2021. Julie's legal career includes several associate roles focused on Corporate and M&A at prestigious law firms such as Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Latham & Watkins between 2014 and 2020. Early in the career, Julie gained experience through legal internships at CABINET BOMPOINT, Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in France, and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Julie's educational background includes a degree as Elève Avocat from Ecole de Formation professionnelle des Barreaux de la Cour d'Appel de Paris, a Mastère Spécialisé in International Law and Management from ESCP Business School, and multiple advanced law degrees from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and Université de Bordeaux.
