Eric Toh

Eric Toh is a highly experienced professional with extensive expertise in executive coaching, facilitation, and business consulting. As the Founder and Managing Director of ET Potential since 2012, Eric has also served as an Associate Program Lead at Melbourne Business School and as a Guest Facilitator and Lecturer at Asialink Business, Australia's National Centre for Asia Capability. In 2023, Eric joined Emeritus as a Faculty and Leadership Coach, contributing to high-quality executive education partnerships with top global universities. Prior professional roles include Director at KPMG UK and various client-focused positions at leading law firms and business schools. Eric holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Houston and a BSc (Honours) from Monash University, along with professional coaching credentials from the International Coach Academy.
