Fan Y.

Fan Y. is an accomplished instructional design professional with extensive experience leading the design of adult learning products at Emeritus as the Associate Director of Design and Team Lead since May 2021. Prior to this role, Fan Y. served as the Instructional Design Manager at Mount St. Joseph University, where degree programs were designed for traditional undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. Fan Y. began a career in instructional design as a Learning Experience Designer at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Learning Design and Technology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Wilkes University, a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Peking University, and a Bachelor of Science in Thermal Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
