Nicole Lipsey

Nicole Lipsey currently serves as a Success Coach at Great Minds, a position held since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Principal at Rocketship Public Schools from January 2023 to October 2025, Grade Level Chair at KIPP Texas Public Schools from August 2021 to January 2023, and various teaching and leadership positions at KIPP North Star Primary and Kipp Bridge Academy. Nicole started in education as an Instructional Assistant and Para Educator in California. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Developmental and Child Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Arts in Social Work from Schoolcraft College.
