Ny Mia Tran is an accomplished academic and consultant specializing in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, currently serving as an Associate Professor at Salem State University and Springfield College. With extensive experience as a Course Leader and Learning Facilitator at EMERITUS Institute of Management, Ny Mia has delivered over 100 live virtual sessions for global executive education programs in partnership with prestigious institutions such as MIT and Columbia Business School.
