Dmitry Novik

Dmitry Novik has a diverse work experience in the field of design and content development. Dmitry began their career as a Content Developer at Competentum Group in November 2010 and later became a Senior Content Developer in August 2012. After working there for three years, Dmitry joined Freelance as a UI/UX Designer in April 2012 and worked until June 2014. In 2014, they started working at both LeverX Group and Emerline. At LeverX Group, Dmitry held multiple roles including UX/UI Designer from June 2014 to June 2016, Lead UI/UX Designer from June 2016 to July 2020, and currently as the Head of Design from July 2020. Similarly, they also held the position of Head of Design at Emerline from June 2014 until the present.

Dmitry Novik completed their Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Radiophysics and Computer Technologies at Belarusian State University from 2006 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Gymnasium "Logos" from 1995 to 2006, although no degree or field of study information was provided for this period. In addition to their formal education, Dmitry has obtained certification in "User Feedback Surveys: Fundamentals" and "Gamification & Behavioral Design: The Octalysis Framework" from Udemy in August 2017 and July 2017, respectively.
