Katsiaryna Kanash

Katsiaryna Kanash has extensive work experience as a Business Analyst. Katsiaryna started their career at Ernst & Young in 2018, where they worked as an Auditor Assistant. In 2018, they joined EPAM Systems as a Billing (Revenue) Analyst in the OTC Business Partnering Services team. Katsiaryna was later promoted to the role of Senior Billing (Revenue) Analyst in April 2021. In 2021, they moved to LeverX Group, where they worked as a Business Analyst. In this role, they managed requirements elicitation and documentation processes, documented requirements for 3rd party integrations, and supported the development and QA teams during implementation. Katsiaryna also participated in pre-sales and discovery phases and started a project from scratch. Currently, they are working at Emerline as a Business Analyst.

Katsiaryna Kanash has a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from Belarusian State Economic University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in the same field at the same university from 2014 to 2018. In 2020 to 2021, Katsiaryna attended IT Academy to study Business Analysis. Additionally, they took online courses on Coursera in 2022, focusing on Managing Big Data with MySQL. Katsiaryna also obtained certifications in Scrum: The Basics and Agile Foundations from LinkedIn in July 2021 and June 2021, respectively.
