Maksim Rudakouski

Maksim Rudakouski has extensive experience as a UX/UI designer, with a particular focus on leadership roles. Maksim is currently working as a Lead UX/UI Designer at LeverX Group, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they served as a Lead UX/UI Designer at Emerline, where they managed a design group of nine designers and was responsible for initiating design projects, handling pre-sale requests, and directing the design unit. Their role also involved participating in discovery phases, conducting creative workshops, setting up design processes, and managing timelines and budgets. Maksim's previous experience includes working as a Lead UX/UI Designer at Smartym Pro from 2019 to 2020, a UX/UI Designer at EPAM Systems from 2017 to 2019, and a Senior UX/UI Designer at Somax from 2011 to 2016.

Maksim Rudakouski obtained their Specialist degree in International Law and Legal Psychology from the Belarusian Institute of Law. Maksim pursued this degree from 2008 to 2013.
