Jim Hugo

Jim Hugo serves as the Director of Event Operations at Emerson Collective since September 2022. Previously, Jim held the position of Director of Events and Community Relations at the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health from August 2019 to March 2022, where a comprehensive 5-year strategic growth plan was developed, and operational systems were overhauled. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Events, External Affairs at Tipping Point Community from October 2015 to August 2019, where Jim led a highly successful events program and implemented innovative project management strategies. Earlier roles involved managing multi-million-dollar budgets in the film industry, including as a Freelance Project Manager for IATSE Local 871 and Production Designer for DermStore. Jim holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
