Patricia Peyton

Trustee at Emerson College

Patricia Peyton has been a Trustee at Emerson College since 2018. Prior to that, they were with Sphere International from 2016-2018, Richardson from 2014-2016, and Manchester Partners from 1994-1996, where they were the Director of Marketing Communications.

Patricia has extensive experience in designing and developing training materials and leader’s guides for career and organizational development programs, both classroom based and self-paced. Patricia was also a member of the Quality Management Committee which established quality standards to ensure consistency in training delivery and materials worldwide.

In 1995, Patricia won Human Resources Executive magazine’s Product of the Year award for their work in launching a self-directed multimedia distance learning program for career transition.

Patricia Peyton has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from Emerson College, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business from the European University in Brussels, Belgium. Patricia also has certification from PROSCI Change Management.
