Dannette Derr has over 15 years of experience with Emerson Reid, a company specializing in individual marketplace products. Dannette. started at the company in 2005 as the Head of the Quoting Department, where they were responsible for managing the team and overseeing the quoting process. In 2006, they were promoted to Operations Manager, where they continued to oversee day-to-day operations. In 2015, they took on the role of Director of the Individual Marketplace, assisting the Vice-President in strategy and development efforts. Dannette. played a key role in developing new technology initiatives and building innovative process solutions. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President, responsible for managing short and long-term strategy and development efforts for the Medicare and Individual Marketplace division. Dannette. oversees a team, educates and engages clients and stakeholders, and ensures departmental training of internal staff.
