Ben Swisher

Ben Swisher is an experienced executive with a strong background in integration, marketing, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Vice President of Integration at Emerson since August 2014, Ben leads efforts to incorporate Flexim into the company, overseeing various functional areas. Previously, as Vice President of Marketing, Ben managed a global team and collaborated on strategic initiatives across multiple departments. Prior to Emerson, Ben held multiple roles at the FBI, implementing significant management initiatives and providing strategic guidance. Ben's career also includes experience at Bain & Company and in engineering roles at automotive suppliers. Ben holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Grand Valley State University, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
