Chay Calma has extensive experience in pricing and sales strategies, having served as a Senior Supervisor at Emerson from 2012 to 2023. Previously, Chay held various roles, including Senior Loans Officer and Product Manager at Security Bank Corporation, where they focused on product development and alternative channels. Chay’s earlier positions included Market Research at Consumer Vibe, Asia and Business Analyst at Emerson Process Management, where they worked on market analysis and customer satisfaction initiatives. Chay earned a Master of Tri-Sector Collaboration from Singapore Management University and holds degrees in Business Management and Political Science from the University of the Philippines.
