Ellease Francis

Ellease Francis possesses over two decades of experience in technical and managerial roles within the information systems and application support sectors. Currently serving as Support Manager for Emerson since July 2011, Ellease oversees critical support functions within the Application Support Group. Prior positions include Software Manager at Dallas County from October 2005 to July 2011, where Ellease managed a team of programmers and Database Administrators focused on Oracle 11i E-Business Suite applications, and Administrator for MIS at New Orleans Public Schools from November 2003 to May 2006, directing activities related to the same suite. Additionally, Ellease worked as a Senior Analyst at Dallas Independent School District from November 1997 to November 2003, specializing as a technical lead for Oracle Accounts Payable and Purchasing modules. Ellease holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Systems Management from Dallas Baptist University.
