Hans Waldram

Hans Waldram is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Global Business Development, Handling & Feeding, and Director of IT at Emerson since August 2023, following the acquisition of Afag Group. Previously, Hans held various leadership roles including acting Director of HR at Afag Emerson and Chief Digital Officer at Afag Group, where responsibilities encompassed daily ICT operations and digitalization. With a strong background in international sales and strategic development, Hans has managed sales strategies and relationships with agents and distributors across Europe, Asia, and North America. Prior experiences include consulting for robotics solutions at FlexLink Systems, product management at Gemco Engineers, and engineering roles at Afag Automation and Ambotec. Hans holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, complemented by further education at prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan School of Management and Nyenrode Business University.
