Javier Rodriguez Jimenez

Javier Rodriguez Jimenez is a Senior Software Engineer at Emerson since December 2018, where responsibilities include leading the design and development of manufacturing web applications utilizing advanced technologies like WebComponents, Go, and PostgreSQL. Prior experience includes roles as Software Engineer Team Lead and Syncade Software Engineer, with a focus on creating innovative solutions for Syncade MES. Javier co-founded YummyCooks, an online meal delivery platform, and served as CEO from February 2015 to May 2018. Additional roles include Volunteer Research Assistant at the University of Glasgow, Software Engineer and Technical Lead at Intel Corporation, and co-founder of Heroes del Mañana Foundation, which promotes technology engagement among youth. Javier holds a Master's degree in Global Innovation Management from both Hamburg University of Technology and University of Strathclyde, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
