Carlos Barquin

Carlos Barquin is a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer with a career spanning over two decades in the Oil and Gas and Chemical Industries. Currently serving at Arion since November 2022, Carlos has previously held senior roles at Clough, Wood Group Mustang, Fluor Corporation, and CDI Engineering Group. Expertise includes leading and participating in upstream and midstream projects, overseeing various engineering phases from conceptual design to construction support. Key responsibilities encompass process simulations, heat and material balances, equipment and instrumentation design, and the development of PFDs, P&IDs, and data sheets. Carlos holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad La Salle, A.C., completed between 1981 and 1986.
