Jide Ore (MA, Assoc CIPD) is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources across multiple regions, particularly in North America, the Middle East, and Africa. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Emerson since February 2014, Jide co-leads the centralized North America Talent Acquisition function and acts as the Global TA Technology Lead, specializing in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
