Lauren Blodgett

Lauren Blodgett, PHR, MSA, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as Global Director of HR People Operations at Emerson since March 2011, Lauren has also held roles such as Director of HRIS & Payroll Operations and Manager of HCM Services Payroll, focusing on global strategy and support for Oracle HCM Workforce Rewards modules. Prior experience includes positions at Smurfit-Stone as Sr. Benefits Analyst and KV Pharmaceutical as Human Resources & Integrated Leave Management Specialist, where Lauren managed employee relations programs and compliance with various regulations.
