Lesli Hollingshead

Lesli Hollingshead is an accomplished talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Emerson since February 2022. Previously, Lesli spent nearly a decade at Ameren, advancing from Strategic Workforce Specialist to Manager of Recruitment and Supervisor of Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included leading a team of recruiters and facilitating talent pipeline development. Lesli began a career in recruitment and development with Teach For America from November 2009 to June 2012, coordinating various events for corps members and students. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from Missouri State University.
