Angie Bissen

Angie Bissen is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience at Hormel Foods, where roles have included Human Resources Manager, Manager of HR Business Partners, and Senior Compensation Analyst. With a strategic focus on HR operations and policy oversight, Angie's leadership has supported nearly 2,000 team members in a flagship manufacturing facility. Angie holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota and has earned the SHRM SCP certification. In addition to current responsibilities at Hormel, Angie serves as a Board Member for Think Small®, a non-profit dedicated to enhancing early childhood care and education.
