Sanika Hadge

Sanika Hadge is an experienced engineer with a strong background in test automation and communication protocol testing. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer at Emerson since May 2024, Sanika previously held the position of Senior Lead Engineer at Incedo Inc., where significant contributions included leading test automation projects using Robot Framework in Python and validating communication protocols such as CC-Link and Ethernet IP. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Eaton and Whirlpool of Asia LLP, focusing on protocol testing, automation, and process improvements. Sanika's technical foundation is complemented by an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control from Savitribai Phule Pune University, along with ISTQB certification in software testing.
