Willem Dik

Willem Dik has extensive experience in the automation and engineering sectors, beginning a career as a Project Engineer in Instrumentation at Vicoma from February 1984 to February 1986. Following this, Willem held the position of Hoofd Onderhouds Monteur at Shell from March 1986 to March 1989, before continuing as a Project Engineer at Rosemount until January 1991. Willem then advanced at Fisher-Rosemount, serving as a Business Analyst from February 1991 to December 1993, and later taking on significant leadership roles, including Director of Administration for Central & Eastern Europe and Manager of Business Process, IT & Quality. Since February 2002, Willem has been with Emerson Automation Solutions, first as Director of Customer Order Fulfillment until March 2007 and then transitioning to the role of Director of IT & Business Processes, a position held since April 2007.
