Beth Rosenbaum

Beth Rosenbaum is the current Chief Legal Officer at Emerus Hospital Partners. Prior to their current position, Rosenbaum served as Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel for Kindred Healthcare from November 2011 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for providing therapy services to various sites of service across the healthcare continuum, including home health agencies, skilled nursing centers, LTACs and inpatient rehabilitation units. Beth also managed Kindred's 20 owned and operated inpatient rehabilitation hospitals.

Prior to their time at Kindred, Rosenbaum worked as an attorney at Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff from October 2008 to November 2011.

Beth Rosenbaum has a BS in Public Administration from Miami University, and a JD in Law from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Beth is certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) from the Compliance Certification Board.

Beth Rosenbaum reports to Vic Schmerbeck, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Dan Middlebrook - Chief Medical Officer, Vanessa Smith - Chief Operating Officer, and Jason Lisovicz - Senior Vice President, Marketing and Communications.
