Thomas Kapala has extensive experience in process engineering and optimization, with a focus on fatty acid, glycerine, and triacetin production. Thomas has held roles as a senior process engineer and production engineer, as well as in research and development process development & engineering. Thomas holds a degree in Process Technology from the University of Applied Science, Düsseldorf.
