Katie Birge

Katie Birge is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in engagement and development roles across various organizations. Currently, Katie serves as the Senior Director of Engagement Communications at Educational Media Foundation K-LOVE & Air1 Media Networks, a position held since March 2019, following a progression through several related titles in the organization. Prior experience includes serving as Communications Manager at Children's Receiving Home of Sacramento and Development Coordinator roles at both Wells Fargo Center for the Arts and Bread of Life Mission. Katie began a career in communications as a Communications Coordinator at Virginia Mason Medical Center. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Marketing from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
