Our first step to achieving our mission is to transform the recruiting experience into an easy, human and fair process, for both candidates and companies with high-volume job openings. Emi, our main product, is an A.I. recruitment assistant that enables companies to engage in a conversation with each applicant to detect interested and qualified individuals while saving Recruiters a huge amount of time by automating tasks such as screening, validating skills, scheduling interviews, and collecting documents. 

We were part of Y-Combinator's Winter 2019 batch and in 2022 we have raised an $11M funding round co-led by Merus Capital and Khosla Ventures.

About our Implementation Team

At Emi, we are focused on solving real problems for our customers and candidates, which is why we are a customer-focused company. Our implementation team is responsible for the initial diagnosis of the client, which means onboarding them to our platform, analyzing their recruiting process, and identifying their pains. Once this is assessed, our team is responsible for designing the best Emi solution for the client, as well as leading the setup of the tool, working together with the product and tech teams, and focusing on addressing the pains identified by the customers and adding value to their recruiting process.

What you'll be doing

As an Implementation Solution Consultant, you will work closely with customer operations representatives to understand how they manage their current recruitment processes, identify their biggest pain points, and determine their expectations for incorporating our solution into their business. This information will be crucial for designing a product solution that adds significant value to their operations.

Tasks and Activities

  • Understand the client’s needs, goals, and expectations to design a product solution that delivers maximum value while aligning with the contract's scope.
  • Prepare and lead discovery workshops with the client to map out requirements and objectives.
  • Incorporate insights and perspectives from the designated internal team (Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, Learning & Change Manager, and Product team).
  • Propose a product solution for Emi that complies with internal agreements, utilizes the assigned resources effectively, and maximizes value for the client's operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, Product & other CX teams) in a joint effort to comply with project milestones.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Improve our actual Implementation process to get better results every day and be able to measure them through KPIs.
  • Analyze and present insights into the real-time results of each implementation.
  • Participate and help build the company’s inclusive and people-driven culture.

What we are looking for

  • Relevant work experience implementing software solutions with enterprise accounts.
  • Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, focusing on implementation projects for software solutions in enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English; native is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple clients.
  • Possess strong requirements-gathering skills, ensuring clear and thorough documentation of client needs and expectations.
  • Be skilled in designing functional solutions that balance client goals with product constraints and available resources.
  • Exhibit a user-centric approach to problem-solving, focusing on delivering maximum value to the client.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and drive solutions.
  • Persistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your project and team are successful.
  • Extreme curiosity, a bias for action, and an appetite for learning and growth.
  • Thoughtful, with strong attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.
  • Ability to work in a high-growth environment and adapt to changing scenarios and uncertainty.
  • Experience working with international companies is a plus, particularly in Mexico and the United States.
