Gastón Edelsztein has been working in the professional field since 2009. In 2013, they joined Paradigma Sociedad de Soluciones as a Project Leader, where they led multidisciplinary teams in the transformation of companies, diagnosing and implementing tailored solutions to improve their commercial capacity, customer service and experience, and organizational effectiveness. Gastón also worked on projects related to Customer Experience, optimizing omnicanal strategies and customer journeys to capture more market share and increase customer loyalty. In 2021, they joined Emi Labs as Manager of Customer Success, where they are responsible for long-term relationships with clients, increasing the value provided through the efficient adoption of products and services, and acting as the internal voice of the customer to ensure and enhance the value proposition. Prior to this, they worked as an Administrative at Estudio Nudelman y Asociados.
Gastón Edelsztein completed a Licenciado en Administración in Ciencias Económicas from the University of Buenos Aires between 2010 and 2016. From 2005 to 2009, they attended ORT Argentina, where they earned a Bachillerato Técnico con Orientación en Informática in Tecnología de la información. Gastón also attended Instituto Cambridge from 2006 to 2009 to study Lengua y literatura inglesa.
