Paula Insua Shanly has worked at a variety of companies since 2014. Paula began their career as a Mountain Dinning employee at Vail Resorts in 2014. In 2015, they took on a Finance Trainee role at Chevron. From 2016 to 2022, they were employed at The Coca-Cola Company, where they held roles such as Buisness Development - Modern Trade for Brazil, Argentina & Chile, Franchising Manager for Arca Argentina & Paraguay, Commercial Manager for Innovation- South Cone, Portafolio Affordability Analyst for Chile, Perú & Bolivia, and University Talent Program- Customer and Commercial Leadership. Currently, they are employed at Emi Labs as a Customer Success Manager.

Paula Insua Shanly has an extensive education history. Paula obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' in 2017, with a focus in Economia.
