Lisa Lickert has had a long career in business. Lisa began in 1996 as Vice President & General Manager at Employee Management Services, where they were a proven business leader and exceeded client retention and quality service benchmarks each year. In 2012, they became Owner & President at EMI Network, helping small businesses grow, and also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In 2020, they founded LSW Management and became the Chief Energy Officer and Business Coach, providing services to help people take control of their income, time, and life.

Lisa Lickert completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business from Thomas More University between 2002 and 2006.
