David Beers is currently serving as the Co-Chair of the Labeled Bonds Campaign at Emerging Markets Investors Alliance (EMIA) since February 2023 and as a Senior Fellow at the Center for Financial Stability since December 2020. With a background in advising on macro and credit issues in various economies, including China and the Eurozone, David has also held positions at Bank of England, Bank of Canada, and Standard & Poor's. David's expertise includes credit analysis, monetary policy, and government-related financial matters. David holds a Master's degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor's degree in Politics from the University of Virginia.
