Emico Holdings Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in manufacturing, trading of consumable products and property development. The Company operates through three segments: Consumable products, Property development and Investment holding. The Consumable products segment is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of consumable products. The Property development segment is engaged in the development of land into residential and commercial buildings. The Company's projects include Bandar Mutiara, which consists of approximately 2, 500 units of residential and commercial building with over one and two story terrace house, over two story bungalows, and over two and three story shop houses, and Taman Seri Pertam, which consists of approximately 220 units of single and double story residential houses. Its subsidiaries include Emico Penang Sdn. Bhd., Emico Development Sdn. Bhd., NEB Development Berhad and Mercu Tanah Langkawi Sdn. Bhd.
