Emily H. Rudman is a seasoned entrepreneur and beauty industry leader with extensive experience in brand consulting and product development. As the Founder and CEO of EMILIE HEATHE since December 2017, Emily has created a distinctive beauty lifestyle brand. Additionally, as the Founder of MLE STUDIO, Emily specializes in brand consulting and beauty artistry. Emily’s previous roles include significant positions at Chief and HiFu Services Inc., where connections were made between luxury brands and international consumers, along with a track record at Briogeo Hair Care, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Avon, and MAC Cosmetics in various capacities focused on product innovation, client development, and makeup artistry. Emily holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a BA in Economics and Spanish from Tufts University, and has completed specialized training in cosmetology and makeup application.
