Vara Lipworth is a seasoned health and wellness professional with over 15 years of experience in health coaching, esthetics, and health advertising sales. Currently serving as a Certified Health and Wellness Coach at A Healthy YOU! since January 2021, Vara empowers individuals to achieve sustainable lifestyle changes through personalized coaching based on evidence. As a Licensed Esthetician with Eminence Organic Skin Care since September 2018, Vara applies a variety of stress reduction techniques and has worked with patients undergoing chemotherapy at the Dana-Farber Cancer Center. Prior experience includes roles as an Account Executive with The TJX Companies, San Francisco Examiner, BostonNOW, and Natural Health Magazine, focusing on health and wellness advertising. Vara holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bennington College and multiple certifications in health, nutrition, and wellness from esteemed institutions, including the Donna Karan Urban Zen Integrative Therapies Program and Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. Additional education includes a recent completion of a certificate in Behavioral Aspects of Health from William James College and Children's Hospital.
