Mazen Tarmoom has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Mazen started their career as a Staff Auditor at Arthur Anderson Audit firm, where they conducted audits of various financial aspects. Mazen then moved on to Canadian NEXEN Petroleum as an Accounts Payable Analyst, overseeing financial activities and contracts. Mazen later worked as a Financial Accountant at Accent Medical Staffing International, where they managed financial statements and invoicing. Mazen joined Emirates Insurance Company as an Assistant of Internal Audit and Quality Control Department, ensuring proper authorizations and examining internal control systems. Mazen also served as the Deputy Manager and Head of the Legal and Compliance Department at Emirates Insurance Company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and acting as Board Secretary. Additionally, they held the position of Assistant Manager in the Human Resource Department, where they reconciled payroll and managed department reports.
