Hiba Abbas has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Hiba started their career in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant at Nael&Bin harmal investment Co. In 2011, they joined AIG where they held the roles of DBA Claims Examiner and later DBA Complex Adjuster until 2016. In 2016, they moved to Braxtone Group as a Client Relationship Manager, a position they held until 2017. Hiba then joined Emirates Insurance Company as the Head of Settlements Dept in the Motor Claims division.

Hiba Abbas, MSc, Cert CII, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the United Arab Emirates University between 2002 and 2006. Hiba further pursued their education and earned a Master's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Brunel University in London, UK, between 2009 and 2011.
